Sub-processor List
Last Updated: February 8, 2026
To support the delivery of our Services, PaySeats Europe SL ("PaySeats") uses third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") to process data on behalf of our clients. This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Sub-processor.
What is a Sub-processor?
A Sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by PaySeats who may have access to or process service data (which may contain Personal Data) on behalf of our clients.
Due Diligence
PaySeats undertakes a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed Sub-processors. We enter into a data processing agreement with each Sub-processor that requires them to protect data with standards at least as stringent as our own.
